Principal, Strategy & Analytics
Ted is a Principal in our Boston office. He brings more than 20 years of experience across strategy consulting, technology, and executive leadership, with deep expertise in telecommunications, media, and digital platforms. His work spans wireless and fiber networks, international markets, carrier value-added services, media ecosystems, and complex technical integrations. Trained originally as a systems architect, Ted combines technical depth with strategic and commercial insight in areas such as AI, APIs, and cloud architecture.
During his consulting career, Ted led or supported more than 30 strategy engagements across the telecommunications, media, and nonprofit sectors, advising top global wireless carriers and ISPs. During his previous stint at Cartesian, he spent nearly a year based in Sydney supporting a major Australian carrier on strategy and transformation initiatives. Ted began his career at Collaborative Consulting, now part of DXC Technology, where he drove large-scale transformation, analytics, and data warehouse initiatives in the finance and insurance sectors.
Ted has served as CEO of two venture-backed startups, including PracticeQuiz.com, a platform used by more than 200 million people. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer of the Better Business Bureau, where he drove digital and data led transformation initiatives across North America. He also teaches Marketing Analytics and Quantitative Decision Making at Boston University.
Ted holds a BA from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
