Tim is a Principal in Cartesian’s Strategy Practice, with expertise in UK and international telecom and media sectors. He has worked with a wide range of European and Global broadcasters, broadcast infrastructure providers and telcos.
Tim has worked as a strategy consultant in the TMT industry since graduating from Cambridge University, with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He has expertise in strategy development in the broadcasting and online video sectors, across markets worldwide, including West and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Prior to working with Cartesian, Tim worked at the media-focused strategy consultancies ITN Consulting and Mediatique.
Tim has experience across projects dealing with Commercial strategy, Product and proposition development, Market entry, Regulatory strategy, and Technical and Commercial Due Diligence. He specialises in Broadcasting business models and technology, TV platform launch strategy and implementation, OTT and multiscreen technology, and Media market regulation.
