This course is aimed at giving non-technical staff an understanding of the business we work in - from an engineering and an IT systems viewpoint as well as from a business and strategic perspective.

This one-day course can be shaped to suit a Company’s requirements (for example the sector of telecoms in which services are offered), while the standard public course covers all sectors in overview.
