Subscription Assurance

Subscription Assurance ensures that there is data integrity across the core systems, spanning network elements, provisioning and billing platforms. This is sometimes also called Service Assurance.

A proven method for ensuring reference data integrity (and accurate billing of subscriptions and other recurring charges) is to check that all required database entries in the network elements, in OSS and BSS systems are completely consistent.

This will give confidence that the services ordered have been correctly enabled and will be accurately billed. Vice versa it also provides assurance that all terminated services have been correctly removed, resources have been freed up and are not being billed.

Ascertain Inter-System Reconciliation (ISR) (formerly known as Ascertain Reference Data Audit (RDA)) provides an effective, automated basis for Subscription Assurance and data integrity across any number of platforms.
