The Revenue Assurance Group will hold its third 2009 meeting at Cartesian’s London offices in Q4 2009.
Members of the UK operators revenue assurance community will meet to discuss and debate the issues and hot topics of revenue assurance, along with occasional guest speakers from other roles within operators, professional organisations or suppliers.
Speakers in 2009 have included a principal analyst from Informa, the Chief Executive Officer of a European triple play cable operator, and the president of EMEA for a fraud and revenue assurance tools vendor.
Recent sessions have included a themed day on the impact of the recession on telcos and revenue assurance, a study on market trends and developments over the horizon, a case study on product portfolio management in triple play operations, and a light-hearted at the serious topic of the importance of effective presentation of billing information to customers.
The proposed agenda for the Q4 2009 will shortly be distributed for comment by the committee to all members.
