Provisioning

Provisioning is a critical process that frequently gives your customers their first impressions of your service. Although customer expectations are quite straightforward, the provisioning process is rarely so.

Mediation

Mediation of CDRs is a necessary step to transform event data into information that can be used by Billing, Fraud and Data Warehousing.  Mediation is complicated by the fact that many types of network equipment present event data in proprietary formats.  Accurate mediation is a critical step in ensuring Revenue Assurance as error in mediation results in rejected event data that cannot be billed to the customer.
