Roger Peden
Director, Consultancy
As one of the three Directors of Consultancy for Cartesian, Roger is responsible for the ongoing development and support of the ever-increasing Ascertain® customer base. In addition to managing and supporting activities for Ascertain®, Roger leads enhancement and development projects and manages the Customer Technical Services group. He brings over seventeen years experience in IT and the telecommunications industry to Cartesian, and is a resident expert in the broad spectrum of Ascertain® solutions.
Having worked eight years for Logica and two years for a UK mobile operator, Roger has gained considerable experience with implementing and supporting billing and provisioning systems for mobile, fixed line and satellite operators’ in the European, North and South American, and Pacific Rim markets.
In 2004, Roger joined Cartesian as Head of Product Delivery. Since joining, he has developed and refined Cartesian’s system integration processes and procedures in order to ensure efficient and high quality delivery of the Ascertain® product suite to new customers. Roger has also been instrumental in defining and building Cartesian’s Customer Technical Services group, a group offering Ascertain® support, development and delivery functions.
