As one of Cartesian’s co-founders, Bill is responsible for overseeing strategic accounts as well as providing guidance to Cartesian’s consulting group. He has over Fifteen years in the telecommunications and utilities services industries with a background in networks and technology, and specializes in Revenue Assurance tools, mediation, service provisioning, WLR, SMPF, GNP, OSS, data communications, billing, DTV/VOD, and fixed and mobile telephony.
While working at companies such as British Gas, London Underground, British Telecom, and Videotron, and holding leadership positions in technology, operations, and sales, Bill gained an in-depth understanding of customers’ business and technical requirements. Since joining Cartesian, Bill has been instrumental in creating a strong market presence and developing new business contacts and revenue streams. With his technical background, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge, he is able to provide the key strategic leadership to build new business and focus on end-customer satisfaction.
